Defending your reputation – through litigation communications

Companies or individuals who become involved in legal action are increasingly required to defend themselves not only in the courtroom but in the public arena, too. Litigation PR manages the communication processes throughout a legal case, to help influence the outcome and to alleviate any impact such developments may have in reputation terms. A legal victory will be of only limited value if the public come to a different conclusion: it’s only those who “win” in the public domain who will truly defend their reputation.
